Jack Archer visits the Miami-Dade Boys & Girls Club

Jack Archer team visiting the Miami-Dade Boys & Girls Club

At the end of June, the Jack Archer team packed up product samples and prize boxes and spent a day at the Miami-Dade Boys & Girls Club. It was part of Jack Gives Back, our community investment program, and one of the best days we’ve had all year.

We didn’t show up with a lesson plan. We showed up with our own story: how Jack Archer started, what the early days actually looked like, the wins and the setbacks that don’t usually make it into a pitch deck. Then we flipped the script and ran our own version of Shark Tank, listening to pitches from a room full of young entrepreneurs with ideas sharper than half the decks we’ve seen in real boardrooms. We brought product and prizes. Mostly, we brought our attention.

“It was such a special day, and I feel so grateful to be in a position where we can give back,” said Emma Crepeau, Jack Archer’s CEO.

That’s the idea behind Jack Gives Back: being a business means being responsible for more than the business. Through partnerships built around education, mentorship, workforce readiness, and community access, we’re investing time and resources in the next generation of young men, the same audience we build every product for.

Growth isn’t just measured in revenue or new styles on the shelf. It’s measured in how much room a company makes to show up for its community. As Jack Archer grows, that responsibility grows with it, and it should get bigger, not quieter, the more room we have to work with. We don’t plan on forgetting that.

More visits and more partnerships are on the way. If your organization is looking for a partner in education, mentorship, or workforce readiness, reach out. We’d like to hear from you.
