1. Sponsor

The Signature Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Miami Labs, Inc. d/b/a Jack Archer, located at 285 Madison Avenue, Floor 26, New York, NY 10017 (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Residents of Rhode Island are not eligible to enter or win.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and other parties involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island and wherever otherwise prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

The Sponsor's designated computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by visiting https://www.jackarcher.com/pages/signaturesweeps and completing the official entry form.

Entrants must provide a valid email address and mobile phone number and submit the completed form during the Sweepstakes Period.

No purchase, payment, or entry fee is required.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the number of email addresses, accounts, or devices used.

By submitting an entry, entrants agree to receive marketing emails and recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor at the email address and mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Entrants may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any marketing email, and from text messages by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Unsubscribing after entering will not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

Entries submitted using automated systems, bots, scripts, fraudulent identities, or other unauthorized methods may be disqualified.

Incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise ineligible entries may also be disqualified.

5. Prizes

A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded.

Grand Prize: One (1) Winner

The grand-prize winner will receive:

One (1) Alex Rodriguez-signed collectible set, consisting of one (1) baseball and one (1) baseball bat, each personally signed by Alex Rodriguez, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $750 (signed bat: $600; signed baseball: $150).

One (1) $500 Jack Archer gift card.

Total Grand Prize ARV: $1,250.

Runner-Up Prizes: Three (3) Winners

Three (3) runner-up winners will each receive one (1) custom baseball hat personally autographed by Alex Rodriguez and one (1) $50 Jack Archer gift card.

ARV per Runner-Up Prize: $150 (signed hat: $100; gift card: $50).

Total Runner-Up Prize ARV: $450.

Total ARV of All Prizes: $1,700.

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor's discretion or as required by law.

If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

All Jack Archer gift cards are subject to their applicable terms and conditions, available at https://www.jackarcher.com/policies/terms-of-service.

Any expenses not expressly included in the prize descriptions are the sole responsibility of the winners.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about November 23, 2026, four (4) potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

One (1) potential winner will be selected for the Grand Prize, and three (3) potential winners will be selected for the Runner-Up Prizes. No entrant may receive more than one (1) prize.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected for the applicable prize. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

The Sponsor's decisions concerning Sweepstakes administration and winner selection are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified on or about November 24, 2026 via the email address provided during entry.

Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification.

Potential winners may be required to verify their identity, age, residency, and eligibility and to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, and applicable tax documentation.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, is found ineligible, or fails to complete required documentation, the Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate winner through a random drawing.

No entrant will be considered an official winner until eligibility has been verified and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

8. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners within approximately thirty (30) days following verification of eligibility.

Physical prizes will be shipped to eligible addresses within the 49 United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays beyond its reasonable control or for delivery failures caused by inaccurate information provided by a winner, subject to applicable law.

9. Taxes

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winners may be required to provide tax information, and the Sponsor will issue any applicable tax documentation as required by law.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.jackarcher.com/policies/privacy-policy, and applicable privacy laws.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to receive marketing emails and text messages from Sponsor. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time, and Sponsor will honor unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law and subject to any separate written consent required by applicable law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation or notice.

12. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, subject to applicable law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits fraudulent information, or acts in a manner that disrupts the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes cannot operate as reasonably anticipated due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorized interference, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

In the event of termination, the Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the termination date, where lawful and practicable.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or undelivered entries; technical malfunctions; internet connectivity issues; or other errors beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and promotional partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical errors, unauthorized interference, or other circumstances outside their reasonable control that affect Sweepstakes administration.

This provision does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of Sponsor's Terms of Service, available at https://www.jackarcher.com/policies/terms-of-service, including binding individual arbitration and the class action waiver.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights or protections available under applicable law.

15. Winner List

The first name, last initial, and state of residence of the confirmed winners will be posted at https://www.jackarcher.com/pages/signaturesweeps after winners have been verified, where permitted by law.

Winner information will be disclosed only as permitted or required by applicable law.

16. Third-Party Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other third-party platform. Each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., and TikTok Inc. from any and all liability related to the Sweepstakes.
