    First time I have purchased and just like the Jetsetter pants, fantastic fit and price. Highly recommend, wish there were more colors. As always customer service is best in the industry!

    They have my back!

    After purchasing some wonderfully fitting and looking pants I decided to make another purchase. Upon receipt of the new item, I realized it was not what I thought I ordered. I wrote to JA and a representative answered my inquiry within a couple of hours. Representative Ber was efficient and arranged for a new item to be delivered under a week. Ber followed up with me a day or so after the shipment was enroute.

    All is well and I remain a Jack Archer fan and customer. The attention to detail and overall service delivery was spot on!
