Legacy Jacket

I paid for expedited shipping because I wanted this jacket ahead of a business trip. As expected, Jack Archer and their carrier delivered exactly as promised. I received my jacket on time.

Because I was anticipating this jacket, I opened it immediately and after trying it on, yes, the jacket does run small. But that was what I read on the site and I simply should have sized up. That being said, I contacted Jack Archer support to help me with an exchange because I had a special request.

I mentioned to the support team via chat that I was traveling next week. They not only helped me generate a return/exchange label immediately, but they are also shipping me my sized-up jacket to my hotel next week.

Even if the sized-up item runs small, the overall quality of the item is superior to other jackets I've ordered and I'm so impressed with my customer service and exchange experience.
